'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 3: Country Singer to Guest Star; Episode 14 Plot Synopsis Revealed
"NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 will have a crossover episode with "NCIS" Season 14 with Maren Morris on board. Maren Morris is a country singer who will perform her hit acoustic version in the show. Plus, the official plot summary of episode 16 "The Last Stand" is provided here.
According to TV Guide, "NCIS" Season 14 and "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 will have a crossover episode will see Tammy Gregorio bond or at least chat with Nick Torres, who also joined "NCIS" earlier this season.
Co-executive producer Chris Silber says that big pro of the crossover is getting to see how the characters play off one another, and although there will be tension between Gregorio and Torres, the episode will also lead to some fruitful conversations about trust. That "trust" talk when then presumably lead Tammy Gregorio to reveal more about her ex-husband. The producer says we will finally learn why she had to flee New Orleans and escape her ex.
Also, Maren Morris will make a celebratory cameo in "NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3. Rolling Stone reported that Maren will play as herself and will play her acoustic version of My Church in the show.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 16, Spoilers Guide notes, "A longtime friend of Pride's calls in favor following the disappearanceof a Jag lawyer who prosecutes highly classified cases.
Pride's longtime friend, state and military attorney Rita Devereaux (Chelsea Field), asks NCIS to investigate the disappearance of a JAG lawyer who specializes in classified cases and volunteers at a private military academy."
"NCIS: New Orleans" Season 3 episode 16 is titled as "The Last Stand". The upcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at 10:00 p.m. first and exclusive on CBS Television Network.
