Not Getting Enough Of Sleep Triggers Higher Risk of Serious Medical Conditions
Many suffer from not having enough time to sleep and generally it is because of stress, travel, or another temporary interruption to a typical routine. But if sleep problems are a regular issue and interfere with the daily life, a person might suffer from a sleep disorder.
According to NHS, having a regular poor sleep will put life in danger of serious medical condition, including gaining weight, coronary disease, and diabetes, and it shortens a person's life of expectancy. Every person needs around eight hours of good-quality sleep that only happens in the night.
As a general rule, in the event of waking up tired and spend the day longing for an opportunity to have a nap does not mean the person is not getting enough time to sleep. A variety of factors that can cause a poor sleep, including its health conditions such as sleep apnea. But in some case, it is because of having bad sleeping habits.
There are signs that a person is not getting enough sleep. As indicated by WebMD, one of the signs is getting a battle of breakout: some studies shows that they have found a connection between an absence of sleep and acne, and perhaps it identified how sleep controls hormones in the body.
The eyes do not look good: it shows redness, puffiness, dark circles, and bags. This is all the signs that a person is getting a restless night that might have a tendency to get more wrinkles, lines, swelling, and droopiness. Gaining weight: getting a decent sleep at night helps control the hormones properly that might affect of being hungry, and without them, the urge to eat more than a person needs can gain a weight.
Drinking too much caffeine: this is not a surprise since caffeine seems like an answer to have a poor sleep, yet will give a big problem. Drinking coffee or soda make a person more alert but it can lead to insomnia or anxiety in a longer period of time.
