Emma Watson Finds Narnia’s Aslan To Be ‘Hot’; The Actress Expected To Earn $15 Million Paycheck From ‘Beauty And The Beast’
Emma Watson is known for her smart and witty nature. The actress gave another example of her playfulness when she revealed which animated character she finds rather attractive.
According to Mail Online, Emma Watson revealed in an interview with Yahoo! that she thinks Aslan, the lion in the Chronicles of Narnia series, to be 'hot.' However, the actress immediately felt rather embarrassed to have admitted this new information.
"Is that wrong? Is that okay? Probably not, No, It's not okay, It's not okay, I'm getting shaking heads,' Mail Online quoted Emma Watson. "It happens. Sometimes animals in films are hot, I don't know what to say, that's where we're at."
Emma Watson recently attended the New York premiere of "Beauty and a Beast". She looked elegant on the red carpet in her black gown.The 26-year-old donned a sleeveless custom-made black dress by Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci. Emma Watson pair the dress with the minimal accessory of jeweled hoops earrings.
Talking about the Beast in her latest movie, Emma Watson focused on the transformation of the beast to human. She stated that she found the beast to be 'hot', therefore when he morphed into a man at the end, the actress was bit disappointed. Actor Dan Stevens plays the character of the Beast in the movie.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Emma Watson has been paid Emma Watson $3 million upfront to play the character of Belle in "Beauty and a Beast". However, that's not it. If the movie manages to earn over $750 million worldwide, the actress' final payday will escalate to a whopping $15 million.
"Beauty and the Beast" hit theaters on March 17 and broke box-office records. The movie earned a massive $170 million during its first weekend. Looks like Emma Watson might finally get her $15 million paycheck at the end of it.
