The Country Music Awards will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 6 and will feature the best in country music. The nominees for the New Artist of the Year include Brett Eldredge, Florida Georgia Line, Kacey Musgraves, Kip Moore and Lee Brice.

Brett Eldredge was born in 1986 and hails from Paris, Illinois. The singer is currently signed with Atlantic Records Nashville and his single "Don't Ya" was the No. 1 hit on the Country Airplay chart. His album "Bring You Back" was released on Aug. 6, 2013 and ranked as high as No. 2 on the U.S. charts.

Florida Georgia Line is a country duo that includes Brian Keleey and Tyler Hubbard. Brian comes from Florida while Tyler is from Georgia. The two are signed to a record deal with Republic Nashville and came into prominent in 2012 with their single "Cruise. The group released its first album "Here's to the Good Times" on Dec. 4, 2012.

Twenty-five-year old Kasey Musgraves came into the limelight in 2012 with her single "Merry Go Round." She has recorded four albums including "Movin' On (2002)," "Wanted: One Good Cowboy (2003)," "Kacey Musgraves (2007)" and "Same Trailer Different Part (2013)." Her latest album was a Mercury Nashville release and made the top spot on the U.S. charts.

Kip Moore is signed with MCA Nashville and released his lone studio effort "Up All Night" in April 2012. He released two hit singles in 2013, "Hey Pretty Girl" and "Young Love."

Lee Brice has made two studio albums: "Love Like Crazy (2010)" and "Hard 2 Love (2012)." His hit single of 2013 was "Parking Lot Party."

Predictions: Taste of Country picks Florida Georgia Line to win the award and For the Country Record agrees. Country Music is Love also picks Florida Georgia Line to win.

The awards show will start at 8 p.m. and will be televised on ABC.
