It has recently been reported that Beyoncé might have cheated on rapper husband Jay Z with her bodyguard Julius De Boer, consequently putting the hip-hop power couple's marriage in jeopardy.

De Boer instantly became famous when he pretty much saved the "Empire State of Mind" hitmaker from a vicious attack by his sister-in-law Solange Knowles, as captured in the surveillance video in a hotel elevator following the Met Gala after-party.

Although the bodyguard may seem loyal and professional in the recent footage, Hov, who himself became the subject of infidelity since the elevator incident, has reportedly gotten quite suspicious of his wife's relationship with De Boer. He has been wanting to get rid of him, which the R&B diva strongly disagrees.

"Jay definitely thinks that there was and may still be something romantic going on between Bey and Julius," an insider revealed. "He wanted to fire Julius last February, but Beyoncé said, 'Julius isn't going anywhere.'"

Also, many were skeptical of Beyoncé and De Boer, as they became unusually close to each other. They were even spotted leaving a hotel together back in 2009, with the bodyguard's lips smudged with the "Partition" singer's signature red lipstick. "They've spent a lot of time together behind closed doors," the insider added. "He's even stayed in her hotel room."

The Brooklyn emcee is naturally "very jealous" of the pair's friendship, and he has all the right to be. However, the bigger problem is that Julius De Boer is not the only man to come between the "Drunk in Love" duo, according to the source.

Meanwhile, other than all the cheating rumors surrounding Beyoncé and her bodyguard, Jay Z has another headache to deal with. The rapper reportedly split from his longtime business manager John Meneilly, who he considered more of his trusted "consigliore."

Meneilly is the man behind Mr. Carter's success -- he was responsible for managing Rocawear clothing line, Roc Nation, which has thrived from a record label to a talent management group now, as well as his huge deal with Samsung last year, which sold a million copies of his latest 2013 studio album "Magna Carta Holy Grail."
