The specifications are believed to outperform Sony when the holiday 2017 release date kicks in.

According to Expert Reviews, both consoles support Youtube and Netflix in 4K HDR, but the project Scorpio also supports 4K UHD Blu-rays and this is something that the PS4 Pro is lacking. This might not be the one reason for the Xbox Scorpio to possibly beat the PS4 Pro, as Microsoft has considered some cost cutting measures.
