The celebration of the birth of the royal baby has not yet ended. The Royal Canadian Mint recently released its Prince George Alexander commemorative coins.

According to the Huffington Post, His Excellency the Right Honorable David Johnston revealed the collection of coins that mark the birth of the future king.

"Canadians are delighted with the recent arrival of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's first child, who will someday be Sovereign of Canada," Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages Shelly Glover said in a statement.

The unveiling by the Governor General of Canada was made on Thursday, highlighting the designs of the coins that featured royal baby items. Express reports that one of the three special coins was designed by Guelph artist Laurie McGaw. The corresponding coin shows a "sleeping baby in a crib with a beaver and a moose." Other coins include a 25-cent coin featuring a royal infant carriage, a five-dollar silver and gold coin showing the infant with toys, and a 20-dollar Fine Silver Royal Infant three-coin set.

"These exceptional collector coins produced by the Royal Canadian Mint highlight, through artistic elements, the enduring relationship Canada shares with the Royal Family," Minister Glover also noted.

According to the official site of the Royal Canadian Mint, the coins -- which are aimed to be baby shower gifts, an heirloom to be passed down or collectors' items -- are priced from $24.95, $74.95 and $249.95 for the three-coin set. The site also allows online purchasing.

Ian Bennett, CEO and President of the Royal Canadian Mint, said each coin was created with "pride and craftsmanship" perfect for the future king.

"Each one of these special commemorative coins is struck with the pride and craftsmanship befitting a future King," Bennett said, reports Express. "The Royal Canadian Mint cherishes our unique connection to the Royal Family and we are extremely proud to celebrate the birth of the Prince of Cambridge in such a unique way."
