An article from the New York Post revealed that the leader of the World Health Organization (WHO) released a warning regarding the coronavirus outbreak. The announcement includes a statement saying that the deadly virus had reached "unchartered territory." The WHO reported that the dangerous disease had already reached at least 90,000 total cases all over the world.
The Unique Features of the Deadly Virus
Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus had announced that the cases of the epidemic are growing at an alarming rate.

Is the COVID-19 Illness Already in Pandemic Level Status?
According to Tedros' previous statement, a health concern reaches a pandemic level where there is a big-scale of severe sickness death from the disease. Also, the pandemic level is reached if the virus is spread globally and is left largely uncontained.
According to the chief of WHO, there is a big chance that the COVID-19 illness can reach the pandemic level.
Tedros stated that WHO is evaluating the situation extensively every day. They are analyzing data they gather almost every moment in the day. Tedros speaks on behalf of the WHO regarding the status of the COVID-19 outbreak. He says that WHO will not waste any time to report to the public if the evidence they gather points to the new coronavirus epidemic in the pandemic level status.
