V. Stiviano Instagram 2014: Donald Sterling's Alleged Girlfriend Shows Off Lakers Championship Ring
After causing an enormous stir in the basketball court scene recently, V. Stiviano is now making many wonder which NBA team she has been rooting for all along.
While the racism scandal of the Los Angeles Clippers owner still remains somewhat unresolved, Donald Sterling's former assistant took to her Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon, June 10, to express her love for the Lakers as well as her admiration for the team's late owner Jerry Buss.
Along with an image of her hand wearing a shiny Lakers championship ring, Stiviano wrote the caption: "'NO BAD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED.' #Classic #lakers #losangeleslakers #LAlakers #cityofangels #cityofchampions #cityoflosangeles #winners #gold #purple A true philanthropist, an American hero thee infamous, #JerryBuss I played my best hand, just like you taught me. If you surround yourself, with the best it's only a matter of time, that you become one of them. Watch me play poker right in front of your eyes. #CNN."
The rivalry between the two L.A. basketball teams has grown quite immensely over the last couple of years, as the Clippers have continually been successful with their franchise, ultimately becoming a threat to their co-tenants at Staples Center -- the Lakers. Also, Lob City's Chris Paul and Blake Griffin are some of the NBA's greatest players.
With that being said, some could not help but to assume that Stiviano might have plotted with the Lakers to bring down the Clippers franchise, since it seems like she is currently in favor of the gold-and-purple team.
V. Stiviano's latest Instagram post comes after she immediately became the center of the controversy, when her recording of a conversation, in which the Clippers owner used racist remarks towards African-Americans, became public in April. The voice of Sterling's former alleged mistress was heard on the infamous tape, as well. As a result, Donald Sterling is being banned from the NBA for life.
