A Nevada judge said on Tuesday that the Trump campaign will be allowed to show evidence of alleged voter fraud and other election irregularities.

Trump officials claim that they have enough evidence to show that could overturn the state's election in favor of U.S. President Donald Trump.

The current vote total has Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden leading Trump with 703,486 and 669,890 votes respectively.

The judge reportedly scheduled a hearing on Dec. 3 and is allowing 15 depositions, as reported by The Daily Wire.

The Washington Examiner reported that Trump campaign will present its evidence against Democratic Clark County.

Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in an unofficial count results in county.

White House chief of staff Mark Meadows took on Twitter to announce the judge's decision to present findings of the alleged voter fraud.

"Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened-a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned," Meadows tweeted.

Matt Schlapp, Chairman of American Conservative Union, said that it gives them a real chance to start showing the historic level of fraud.

The campaign's fraud investigation is focused on signature verification as many states require it.

The Trump campaign also said that they have a testimony from a blind person who claims that somebody voted for her, which resulted in her being barred from voting.

The campaign team also intend to present evidence that the Native Americans were offered bribes of TVs and gas cards for their votes, according to The Washington Examiner.

"Our filing said we have over 15 individual and tens of thousands more from mail-in fraud. We have enough to switch the outcome," Schlapp was quoted in a report.

Schlapp revealed the Nevada judge's decision on Sean Hannity's Fox show.

Schlapp said that for the first time in presidential election, a court has granted Republicans in Nevada and the campaign team to present proof of widespread illegal balloting.

Schlapp added that he thinks it is a great step that they are going to have a chance to present it.

He added that he believes that presidential election results in Nevada should be switched.

The Trump team has filed numerous lawsuits in some states, including some key battleground states.

They have also made allegations of voting fraud, which includes votes by nonresidents and the dead.

However, one of their biggest claims was that the signatures on hundreds of the mail-in ballots included were not verified by human officials as required by law.

Most recently, a Pennsylvania judge has rejected a lawsuit from the Trump campaign, which sought to invalidate of mail-in votes in the battleground state.

Pennsylvania Judge Matthew Bran said that the lawsuit was without merit, as reported by BBC.

The lawsuit was mainly about allegations of irregularities.

The judge's decision paved the way for the state of Pennsylvania to certify Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden by next week.
