Netflix dropped hints for more ruthless and violent fight scenes as they release a teaser trailer for the Cobra Kai Season 4, confirming Terry Silver's return in the "Karate-Kid" spin-off series. Netflix dropped the teaser trailer for the fourth installment of Cobra Kai on May 27, as they wowed the fans teasing Terry Silver's back and silhouette.

Screen Rant reported Terry Silver is long expected to appear in the series as Silver is the main villain in "The Karte Kid III." It can be remembered that Thomas Ian Griffith will play the role of Terry Silver, which will add more spice to the universe.

Netflix Drops Cobra Kai's Season 4 Trailer: Terry Silver Returns

Netflix wowed their 20.2 million subscribers on YouTube after releasing the teaser trailer for Cobra Kai Season 4, featuring the "Karate Kid III" villain. Standing in a black suit, the trailer dramatically zooms in to the back of Terry Silver then focusing on the silver ponytail of the villain.

In the trailer, Silver's line from the "Karate Kid III" was also playing.

"Man can't stand, he can't fight. Man can't breathe, he can't fight. Man can't see, he can't fight. Extreme situations require extreme measures," the trailer plays while it slowly focuses on the mysterious man.

Cobra Kai fans were in awe of what the streaming behemoth dropped, as Silver's return also got the attention of the fans on Twitter. One fan shared a digital art of Terry Silver to celebrate the character's return to the franchise. Another fan said that he re-watched the "Karate Kidd III," saying that Terry Silver is one of his favorite villains.

Despite the excitement for the fourth installment of Cobra Kai, Screen Rant reported that some fans argued that the third installment of the franchise took violence too far. Turns out the violence from the previous season is not at its peak as Netflix said "now the real pain begins" in their teaser.

Netflix Cobra Kai Season 4 Release Date

Although Terry Silver's return was confirmed in the franchise, details regarding the release date of Cobra Kai Season 4 were not furthered by the streaming behemoth, according to a Digital Spy report. However, Netflix noted that Cobra Kai may hit the screens during the fourth quarter of this year.

Netflix co-CEO and chief content officer, Ted Sarandos confirmed in Deadline that some of their series such as "The Witcher" and "Cobra Kai" are lined up to be released in Q4 this year, as well as some films.

Cobra Kai also celebrated success during their stay in the streaming behemoth. Digital Spy noted that season 3 of Cobra Kai hit the number one spot on Netflix in 28 countries. The series also reached the top ten in 85 countries and a total of 73 million households have watched the show.

It can be remembered that Sony took the Cobra Kai franchise in Netflix in 2018, and the third season premiered in January.
