What is a Breast Cancer?
Breast cancer is a type of cancer that forms in the cells of the breast. The disease is the second most common cancer diagnosed among women in the U.S.
Although it can also occur in men, the disease is more common among women. It usually begins with the cells located in the milk-producing ducts.
Medical experts advise that finding a lump or other change in the breast should be addressed and must be evaluated by an expert.
Although treatments for the disease are available, it is still unclear how some people like Wendy Corona, who have no risk factors, develop breast cancer or cancer in general.
To prevent having this disease, exercising, maintaining a healthy weight, and choosing a healthy diet are among the things that can help. Self-examining your breasts could also help for the early diagnosis.
