Jake Paul Slams Joe Biden Over High Gas Prices, Other Issues; Labels Pres.' Supporters as 'American Problem'
YouTube Star turned boxer Jake Paul slammed President Joe Biden on Sunday over the high gas prices and other issues surrounding the U.S. inflation.
Paul took to Twitter on Sunday to highlight what he thinks are the accomplishments of the president, per Fox News.
For the professional boxer, Biden's accomplishments include the highest gas prices, worst inflation, plummeting crypto prices, highest rent prices, and creating a new "incomprehensible language."
"If you're reading this and voted for Biden and you still don't regret it then you are the American problem," Paul concluded his critique of President Joe Biden. Paul's tweet gathered the attention of the public as well as personalities.
Longtime Leftist sports and newscaster Keith Olbermann replied to Paul's tweet, claiming that the boxer's concern about the cryptocurrency proves that the YouTuber is "dumber" than he looks.
Democrat Arizona State Representative Ryan Shead called Paul an idiot, educating the "rich white boy" with the same topics the boxer used to mock the president.
"1. Gas prices are high worldwide 2. Inflation is high worldwide 3. Crypto is not controlled by Biden, ask Musk to send out a few tweets manipulating the market. 4. He has a stutter. 5. Who controls rent," Shead said.
Pres. Joe Biden Blames Russia's War for High Gas Prices
President Joe Biden and his camp have not yet addressed Paul's criticism, but the day before the boxer posted his tweet, the president blamed the high gas prices on Russia and its war with Ukraine, according to the Daily Mail.
"It's outrageous what the war in Ukraine is causing... We're trying very hard to make sure we can significantly increase the number of barrels of oil that are being pumped out of the reserve we have," Biden told the reporters on Saturday.
Previously, President Joe Biden admitted that there will be no quick fix when it comes to the prices of gas and food in the U.S.
But before he admitted that, Biden said that the high gas prices are part of an "incredible transition" away from fossil fuels.
The Biden administration has already released at least 180 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which the administration claimed will help alleviate the dilemma of gas prices at the pump.
However, Biden acknowledged that the move helped but is still not enough.
Current U.S. Gas Prices
