Kate Upton and her husband, Justin Verlander, have sold their luxurious residence in California to Timothee Chalamet for $11 million, slightly lower than the original asking price.

The Dirt reported that the couple was initially selling the property for $11.7 million. Five months before they put their Beverly Hills home on the market, the Houston Astros pitcher and his supermodel wife reportedly bought a mansion in Florida for $6.55 million, which was $550,000 above the asking price.

Daily Mail reported that the couple acquired the Beverly Hills property for $5,250,000 in 2016 and made minor changes, like renovating the kitchen and new paint and ceiling treatments in other areas of the house.

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander's New Florida Home

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander moved to a home in Jupiter, Florida. The New York Post reported that the couple's new home is about 1,000 square feet smaller than their old one in California.

The Florida home spans some 4,600 square feet and lies near the waters of the Loxahatchee River. The property, custom-built in 2015, boasts panoramic water views and sits on 1.25 acres of land.

It boasts hurricane-resistant windows and doors. The main suite is on the first level and includes a spa-inspired bathroom with granite vanity tops, an oversized frameless glass shower, and a free-standing tub. Each guest suite has ensuite baths and a walk-in closet.

The outdoor area has a summer kitchen, a big covered patio with motorized phantom screens, a heated pool and spa, and fiber optic lighting, according to the previous listing notes. The property also has a boat lift, two jet ski lifts, and a putting green.

"This is Jupiter waterfront living... Perfected," said the listing held by Bradley Ball with Frankel Ball Realty.

Timothee Chalamet's New California Home

The California property, which Timothee Chalamet bought from Kate Upton and Justin Verlander, sits on one and a half acres with a champion-sized tennis court, sparkling pool, and gorgeous lawn.

The mansion is 5,521 square feet and has a steam shower, a stand-alone soaking tub, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a theater room with a wet bar. It also has spacious ground tucked into hills and is perfect for parties.

According to Hollywood Life, its main bedroom has dual closets with built-in drawers, shelves, and storage space. The lavish estate was formerly owned by a renowned individual, like many other houses in the neighborhood.

The residence was sold to Upton and Verlander by Mindy Peters, the ex-wife of "Batman" producer Jon Peters. The Peters bought it from Pete Sampras in 2004, who bought it from Grammy Award winner Kenny G, the Dirt reported.

The Beverly Hills property bought by Timothee Chalamet is reportedly close to other Hollywood celebrities' homes, such as Vin Diesel, John Mayer, Eva Longoria, and Cameron Diaz.
