Killer Dad Chris Watts Lost His Prison Email Account After Getting in Touch With Former Mistress Nichol Kessinger
Killer dad Chris Watts reportedly lost his prison email account after allegedly corresponding with his former mistress Nichol Kessinger.
According to Showbiz CheatSheet, Kessinger was the woman Watts was cheating on when the killer dad murdered his family, and a former fellow inmate of Watts said she had contacted the convicted murderer in prison.
Watts' former fellow inmate David Carter previously told Daily Mail that Kessinger wrote to the killer dad under her new name. Carter met Watts at a Wisconsin prison where the Colorado man is serving multiple life sentences.
Carter noted that Kessinger had contacted Watts sometime or before September 2020. Carter said it was Watts who shared this matter with him.
He said Watts told him that Kessinger contacted him to clear some things up, but the killer dad did not tell him what exactly Kessinger had said.
Carter noted that Watts was not supposed to have any contact with Kessinger, but she initiated writing to him. And when prison officials learned about these interactions, Carter said they suspended Watts' email account and started examining his mails.
Carter further noted that Watts had told him that he killed his pregnant wife, Shanann Watts, because he did not want to pay child support and did not want the son she was expecting. Carter added that the killer dad also feared his wife would take their house in Frederick town in Colorado in a divorce.

Chris Watts Still Communicating With Former Mistress Nichol Kessinger
Chris Watts was reportedly in a relationship with Nichol Kessinger before committing the hideous crime. The pair met at their job at the Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in Colorado in June 2018.
Watts allegedly lied to Kessinger when they met. He told her he was in divorce proceedings with his wife, Shanann Watts, at the time. He also refrained from telling Kessinger that his wife was pregnant with their third child.
Watts and Kessinger's relationship ended when the news about him killing his whole family broke out. Kessinger then quickly helped authorities catch on to Watts' deceitful ways.
Watts told his pen pal Cheryln Cadle in 2019 that he was still in love with Kessinger, and he believed that some of the letters he received were from her writing under different names.
Where Is Chris Watts' Former Mistress Nichol Kessinger Now?
Chris Watts murdered his pregnant wife, Shanann Watts, and their two children, four-year-old Bella and three-year-old Celeste, in August 2018.
Watts pleaded guilty to the crimes in November of the same year. Watts said he took his wife and their kids' bodies to an oil site and buried them after killing them.
Watts is currently serving a total of five life sentences in prison, as Shannan's family did not seek the death penalty in the case. On the other hand, Nichol Kessinger has reportedly been living in hiding and took on a new identity after the murders.
After Watts made the guilty plea, Kessinger was not able to speak with the media, and her whereabouts remain unknown. Nichol Kessinger previously said she had left Colorado and started a new job.
However, she noted that it would be hard for her to go out in public due to abuse and slander. Some reports said authorities placed her in a witness protection program because of these, and she was given a new name and identity.
