After a scary ankle injury during their win against Serbia, Brazil's Neymar is undergoing special treatment. However, the question still lingers if he could play against Cameroon for their final Group Stage match at the World Cup.

According to The Mirror, the Paris Saint-Germain striker is undergoing a cryotherapy chamber treatment, bearing freezing temperatures so he could go back playing for Brazil as quickly as possible. The treatment uses extreme cold to reduce pain and inflammation.

The match against Serbia also resulted in injury for another Brazilian soccer star, Danilo. Like Neymar, he is also getting treatment inside a cryotherapy chamber. The two are currently undergoing intensive treatment with three sessions a day.

Both of them are also undergoing electrotherapy to ease bruising and help with muscle stimulation. Team doctor Rodrigo Lasmar is overseeing both sessions to make surethe two top stars are back in peak condition as soon as possible.

"I believe both Neymar and Danilo will play again in the World Cup. I have medical reports that are on my side," he said, adding that their stuations have now improved and will hopefully be available to play soon.

In their match against Switzerland, Brazil barely won, thanks to a late-game goal from Casemiro. They will play the surprising Cameroonians next and are still expected to top their group and enter the Round of 16.

Illness Plaguing Mighty Brazilians During the World Cup

Injuries may not be the only thing plaguing the tournament favorites, as the Brazilians are also hit by illnesses, according to another report by The Mirror.

A few Brazilian players, including Manchester United's Antony, are feeling under the weather and they are blaming the air conditioning. Reports are also saying that Neymar is also one of those who have fallen ill in Qatar.

Qatar is applying air conditioning throughout the stadium, including the soccer field and the team benches to relieve everyone from the desert heat. Antony is insisting that these air conditioning systems positioned throughout the World Cup stadiums are what cause health problems for the Selecao.
