Keith Moses, a suspect in the killings of three individuals, including a TV news reporter and a 9-year-old, was apprehended close to Orlando, Florida, on Wednesday.

The deputies in the area released the Florida shooting body cam video arresting the suspect.

Deputy voices can be heard saying, "get on the f--ing ground" to Moses in the body camera footage.

Moses has a lengthy criminal background that includes at least 11 misdemeanor arrests and at least eight felony offenses for crimes like burglary, grand theft, assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm while under the influence of drugs, according to deputies,

It is still unclear why Moses, the Florida gunman targeted the journalists while covering the shooting incident earlier that day, according to Orange County Sheriff John Mina.

Three people were killed, and two others were hurt in two separate Florida shootings in Orlando's Pine Hills area on Wednesday, and 19-year-old Keith Melvin Moses is a suspect in both incidents.

Nathacha Augustin, 38; Dylan Lyons, 24, a Spectrum News 13 TV reporter; and T'yonna Major, 9, were all shot and killed on Wednesday, Fox News reported.

The 9-year-old girl's mother and the Spectrum News 13 videographer Jesse Walden, 29, were also shot. The videographer is still in critical condition.

What Happened During the Florida Gunman Arrest?

Moses had a handgun in his pants when he was arrested, and it was still hot to the touch and empty of ammo due to the firing.

The gun will be put through ballistics tests, but Mina said it is likely the one used in the shootings, adding that witnesses positively identified Moses as the shooter. Security footage also caught him in the area during the incident.

Meanwhile, Moses was uncooperative when deputies brought him into custody, NBC Miami noted.

He was injured and unable to breathe, so he was taken to the hospital, said Mina, claiming that he had to be restrained by deputy sheriffs after he struggled with hospital staff.

Moses pretended to be asleep when he was carried to the sheriff's office, but he got violent with the deputies, Mina said.

How Did the Gruesome Florida Shooting Spree Start?

A woman was shot and murdered in a car on Hialeah Street in Orange County at around 11 Wednesday morning.

The suspect is reportedly acquainted with the victim, who was initially described as being in her 20s, according to Mina.

The Florida gunman's cousin saw the first shooting incident and was interviewed by detectives but refused to be named, per CNN.

The cousin said he was behind the wheel and picked up the female friend from her house. They were driving around "smoking cannabis for around 30 minutes when he saw Keith" walking on the road, he said.

Moses seemed down, so the cousin offered him a "ride," He got in through the back passenger door and sat down behind the woman, then the cousin "heard a loud bang" less than a minute later, according to the affidavit.

The cousin noticed blood on the woman's face and pulled over to call 911. "Keith (Moses) left the scene running," the cousin stated in the affidavit.

Two journalists from Spectrum News 13, who were covering the earlier Florida shooting that killed a woman, were shot by the Florida gunman later that day after the vehicle had been impounded, Mina said.

The Florida gunman then entered a residence on an adjacent street and shot a mother and her 9-year-old daughter.

The child was pronounced dead at the hospital, and the mother is in severe condition, according to reports from Wednesday night.
