Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen may have already moved on from Tom Brady and already has a new flame, and he is one of her ex's old friends, billionaire Jeffrey Soffer. He lives near the fashion icon's new home in Miami.

Sources with knowledge of the situation told the Daily Mail that she is absolutely not dating her Brazilian jujutsu instructor, Joaquim Valente. Gisele herself has repeatedly said that they are only friends. However, she is increasingly spending time with Tom Brady's old billionaire friend.

She may be the second supermodel that the billionaire hotel magnate is dating, as he previously married Elle McPherson, the famous Australian supermodel. The two divorced back in 2012 but soon reconciled and then married again before divorcing again. Much like Gisele, he is also pretty much a free agent.

He is reportedly neighbors with Brady and Bundchen when they were still married, as their home was right next to Soffer's mansion. He and Tom Brady reportedly met after the recently-retired NFL quarterback bought some real estate in Florida. They then became neighbors and good friends.

As for Gisele, she was seen again with Valiente in Costa Rica, though his brother was with them and he says the trip was not romantic at all.

Soffer, 55, is the son of Florida real estate mogul and billionaire Donald Soffer, who made his fortune by developing Florida swampland and turning it into what we now know as Aventura, Florida. Jeffrey, together with sister Jackie, soon took over the family business.

According to Hollywood Life, Jeffrey Soffer owns some of the biggest real estate properties in Florida, from luxury resorts and hotels to high-end shopping and cultural destinations. This includes the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, which the billionaire renovated and expanded in 2008. It had been featured in several big Hollywood blockbusters such as 1964's "Goldfinger" and 1992's "The Bodyguard."

While he is currently linked to Gisele, the hotel mogul was previously linked to Gwyneth Paltrow while she was still married to Chris Martin. The Oscar-winning actress and businesswoman reportedly stayed at Soffer's home for "quite a while" in 2008, around the time of the Fontainebleau Hotel's reopening.

Hola! reports that he is worth around $2.2 billion, with his real-estate assets and businesses.

Jeffrey Soffer's Friendship with Tom Brady

Before the rumors that he is dating Gisele Bundchen, Jeffrey Soffer has been good friends with Tom Brady. The two have been seen together multiple times, hanging out with their other friends, including English soccer star David Beckham.

Their friendship was further cemented back in 2020 when Brady and Gisele purchased the lot next to Soffer's megamansion on the famous Indian Creek Island, also known as the "Billionaire Bunker." Records have shown that the deal was managed via an LLC managed by executives at Soffer's company, Fontainebleau Development.

Brady and the guy reportedly dating his ex were last seen together back in January when the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots star was spending some time with his daughter Vivian. The two were also seen together last May during an NBA game.
