Following her divorce from recently-retired NFL star quarterback Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen has been plagued with dating rumors. However, the Brazilian supermodel seemingly addressed these rumors while on vacation in Costa Rica.

Bundchen has been linked to her Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, who was recently seen with her on her trip to Costa Rica.

Rumors that she is dating Florida billionaire Jeffrey Soffer, a wealthy hotel magnate who is also friends with Tom Brady, have also popped up.

According to Marca, the former Victoria's Secret Angel posted a cryptic Instagram message that seemed to address the rumors about her love life.

Bundchen wrote: "'Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.'"

While the cryptic message did not directly mention Valente or Soffer, the timing of the post and quote was likely directed to rumors she is dating one of these men, denying the allegations made by several news outlets.

Gisele Bundchen's Friends Clarify She Is Not Dating Joaquim Valente

Gisele Bundchen had been spotted a few times with Joaquim Valente, who had been teaching her and her son Brazilian jiu-jitsu since she stormed out of Tom Brady's home after their big fight. 

The most recent of these is her trip to Costa Rica, where they were spotted together with a few other friends, including Valente's brother. However, according to one of her friends, the two are only friends and are not lovers.

While the two share "a deep personal relationship, and he is a teacher to her and the kids," a source told PEOPLE that they do not have a romantic relationship, saying that Bundchen "adores and trusts [Joaquim] and has been spending a lot of time with him, but I don't think it's a traditional dating scenario."

Sources close to the two have also said the pair "adore each other," but their bond is more platonic and never romantic.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Still Amicable and Co-Parenting the Kids

Despite all the dating rumors surrounding her post-divorce life, Gisele Bundchen has remained amicable with Tom Brady.

Their divorce was not as ugly as most celebrity divorces, with the two gaining joint custody of their children, Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9.

According to Daily Mail, Bundchen and Brady have "full access" to their two kids and have a co-parenting arrangement made after their divorce was finalized late last year.

Another source told PEOPLE that the former couple will not keep their children from spending time with the other parent because "that's not who either of them are." 

The insider added: "They can see whichever parent they want. They've got a schedule, but neither of them would prevent their kids from seeing the other parent."
