Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen is reportedly dating billionaire Jeffrey Soffer, who owns some of Florida's most luxurious properties. So, who exactly is Soffer?

The billionaire is the son of Florida real estate mogul and billionaire Donald Soffer, who owns the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami that has been featured in several big Hollywood blockbusters such as 1964's "Goldfinger" and 1992's "The Bodyguard."

Jeffrey Soffer has also been linked to many A-list celebrities and has even been married to one of them. Soffer was previously married to Australian supermodel Ell MacPherson, whom he had been on and off with for years.

Jeffrey Soffer Dating History

Jeffrey Soffer's ex-wife was former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Elle MacPherson. He and MacPherson dated for four years before finally tying the knot in 2013. 

The two managed to raise a family together, with the supermodel saying, "We have a deep respect for each other's profound commitment to parenting, so we would both probably say that the children come first." However, they divorced in 2017.

Molly Simms

Before dating Elle MacPherson, Jeffrey Soffer was rumored to have dated another supermodel. According to Who Dated Who, Soffer and Molly Simms dated back in 2008, but it was never confirmed and just remained rumors.

The romance rumors started after they were pictured together at a New Year's Eve party in 2009 at Blade Restaurant inside Soffer's famous Fontainebleau Hotel.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Like Molly Simms' case, the dating rumors between Jeffrey Soffer and Gwyneth Paltrow have not been verified as a romantic relationship. 

The Oscar-winning actress reportedly dated him while she was still married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and the accusations of infidelity certainly do not help.

According to the Daily Mail, the dating rumors happened before his marriage to Elle MacPherson, but Paltrow was reportedly still married to Martin, so it caused a scandal.

Paltrow allegedly attended the reopening of the Fontainebleau Hotel and stayed in the billionaire's home for a few days, which had many people talking about them.

Gisele Bundchen

His latest rumored girlfriend is another supermodel. Gisele Bundchen and Jeffrey Soffer were reportedly seen together a few times.

However, this might be because they are friends, with Soffer also being close to the Brazilian supermodel's ex-husband, Tom Brady. Rumors suggesting that they are dating started after being spotted together.

According to the Daily Mail, Soffer is said to have been dating Bundchen for a couple of months. Their homes are near each other in the famous Miami's "billionaire's bunker."

However, Bundchen has seemingly denied these allegations made by several news outlets in a cryptic post. In a recent cryptic Instagram message, the former Victoria's Secret Angel wrote: "'Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.'"
