"Vanderpump Rules" stars Raquel Leviss and Scheana Shay can work again in close proximity after Leviss' restraining order against Shay has been officially dismissed.

According to Deadline, Leviss and her attorney failed to show up at a court hearing on Wednesday, and the judge dismissed the restraining order.

Leviss filed a request for a restraining order against Shay earlier this month, seeking court-ordered protection from her "Vanderpump Rules" co-star following an alleged physical fight between them.

The physical confrontation reportedly happened after it was found out Leviss was having an affair with co-star Tom Sandoval. At the time, the actor was in a relationship with Shay's friend, Ariana Madix, who is also part of the "Vanderpump Rules" cast.

Shay's attorney, Neama Rahmani, told Deadline that Leviss' actions have real consequences, with her filing a "false police report" and "a false medical report."

Rahmani noted that his client did not punch Leviss, so the actress did not get a black eye. Shay's attorney admitted that Shay pushed Leviss, but only after the latter grabbed her wrist, adding that Leviss did not suffer a concussion.

The lawyer added that Leviss decided not to show up in court when she realized she would lose and "couldn't just drop it."

Rachel Leviss' Restraining Order Against Scheana Shay

Scheana Shay was straight-faced when walking with her legal team while leaving the courthouse in Los Angeles.

Before heading to the court, Shay sarcastically shared a selfie on Instagram, with a caption saying that she just loves "waking up super early, driving in the rain to, you know, go to court," Page Six reported.

Leviss' representative argued that Shay and her legal team were "notified" during the reunion taping last Thursday that Leviss was dropping her restraining order against her co-star.

However, Neama Rahmani argued that his client was served a letter with "no legal meaning" and that the case was still on the court calendar.

The "Vanderpump Rules" cast are filming the season 10 reunion. Shay and Leviss' teams tried to sort out an agreement so the two could film the season 10 reunion together.

However, they reportedly did not reach a deal, forcing production to film both women at least 100 feet apart.

Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval Affair

Earlier this month, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix confirmed that they broke up after nine years due to his infidelity.

Sandoval wrote in an Instagram statement that he apologized to everyone he has hurt through the process, but most of all apologized to Madix.

Raquel Leviss also released a statement regarding the affair between her and Sandoval, saying that she apologized for her actions and choices.

She added that she is currently taking steps to understand her behavior and make healthier choices, Us Weekly reported. Leviss also said that she cares for Sandoval and does not want to predict what lies ahead, adding that she needs to heal now.

Madix also released a statement regarding the news of the affair and expressed her gratitude to her friends, family, and "people she has never even met" for the love and support she received from them.
