US District Judge Tanya Chutkan has reinstated her gag order against Donald Trump and this prohibits him from targeting the special counsel investigating him over the January 6 and federal election interference case.

The judge reportedly denied his bid for a stay pending appeal. She temporarily lifted the gag order on October 20 after his lawyers appealed it but then reversed the decision on Sunday. No reason was given why she reversed the decision, though it came after Trump repeatedly violated his gag orders in the New York civil fraud trial where the former president was fined $5,000 for the first offense and then $10,000 for the second offense when he implied that the judge's clerk was partisan.

Special counsel Jack Smith's team asked Judge Chutkan to implement the gag order to "protect the integrity of the trial and the jury pool" from being influenced by Trump's statements. The ex-POTUS has been accused of jury tampering and witness intimidation,

As Reuters reported, Donald Trump did not take the news of the gag order well. "The Corrupt Biden Administration just took away my First Amendment Right To Free Speech," Trump wrote on his platform, Truth Social. "NOT CONSTITUTIONAL!"

Trump had been attacking Jack Smith and his team ever since the investigation into his actions to influence the 2020 election began. He has called the special counsel a "deranged lunatic" and a "thug," among other insults. Smith is not just prosecuting the federal election case also known as the January 6 case, but also the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case in Florida.

Donald Trump Also Lashes Out Against New York Judge Over Forcing Ivanka Trump To Testify

Meanwhile, over at the New York fraud trial where Trump and his family are set to lose their business because of their well-documented fraudulent business practices, Trump also lashed out at Judge Arthur Engoron for ordering his daughter, Ivanka Trump, to testify.

According to Politico, Trump called Judge Engoron "unhinged" and "an out of control 'Nut Job,'" adding that Ivanka was already dismissed as a defendant last June so she should not testify. However, New York prosecutors have repeatedly pointed out that while Ivanka may not be a defendant anymore, she may still know plenty about the inner workings of the Trump Organization.

"I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me," the former president wrote in his usual Truth social rants, In another post, he also called the judge "grossly incompetent," "a partisan political hack" and a "Radical Trump Hater."

Rudy Giuliani Might Not Flip on Donald Trump in Georgia

Meanwhile, as Trump gets gagged in Washington DC and New York, over in Georgia, his co-defendants are turning on him one by one, as several high-profile Trump associates like Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis have already turned on him.

However, one man who is expected to stay loyal is former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, another Georgia co-defendant. According to The Guardian, Trump is scheduled to host a dinner at Mar-a-Lago in December in honor of the former New York mayor. This is expected to serve as a fundraiser to pay Giuliani's mounting legal debts. Trump, who is infamous for not paying his attorneys with his own money, reportedly did not pay Jenna Ellis and this was one of the reasons she flipped.
