James Franco fans will be happy to learn that the movie star will back on television screens this fall.

Franco has announced on Twitter that he will be hosting a new reality television series entitled 'James Franco Presents.'

According to the NY Daily News, the hourlong weekly show will consist of Franco's exploration of all things art. The show will feature both Franco's artwork and work by other artists.

The series will premiere in November on Ovation, an arts-themed cable channel.

"This is a show where content dictates form and form dictates content," Franco said in a press release. "It is an art show that is an art piece, meaning the show has synched with the rhythms of my life and work." According to the press release, the series will showcase "thousands of hours from James' personal video library" and "interactions with his heroes from every artistic genre."

The press release also mentioned that the star will provide viewers with an "opportunity to travel across the world with him as he concocts his laboratory of creative projects." In addition, he will discuss topics relevant to the art community while "inviting an active dialogue with viewers."

Franco is no stranger to the art world. Last year he appeared in a Marina Abramovíc video, in which the celebrity-friendly artist covered him in gold leaves. Franco is also known for his visual art, which includes sculpture, drawing, photography and film.

The 'Oz the Great and Powerful' actor has starred in TV shows such as 'Freaks and Geeks' and 'General Hospital.' Aside from his new series, Franco will also be making other TV appearances this fall. He will guest-star on the upcoming second season of 'The Mindy Project.' On the Fox comedy, he will replace Mindy as a doctor for the first two episodes.

Franco will also be the target of the latest Comedy Central roast, which airs Sept. 2.
