America will be celebrating its 238th birthday and there is no better way of celebrating than watching the annual tradition of a fireworks display that can probably be found in every corner of the country. As we all know, there is nothing better than finding the perfect spot for the best view. Here are some of the best places to watch in Washington, D.C. and in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas has always been home to the most spectacular fireworks display, living up to the city's reputation. Viewing spots include parks, casinos, and baseball fields among others, but the casinos definitely provide the best spots for lighting up the night sky.
Caesars Palace will be hosting an Independence Day display with Grucci providing the fireworks. The rockets will be launching from the Roman Tower of the hotel starting at 9:15 p.m. It usually lasts approximately 10 minutes. The display can be best viewed from the Strip at Caesars Palace's front fountains and other surrounding areas.
Mandala Bay will be featuring the rock band Phoenix as spectators can enjoy the waves and the sand while watching the fireworks for the price of an admission ticket.
Stations Casino will also continue its tradition of hosting the largest fireworks exhibition in Southern Nevada for its Fourth of July celebrations. The display will go across both sides of the town at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort, making it easily viewable to anyone in the area.
On the other hand, Washington, D.C. will surely provide a stunning fireworks display as the capital of the United States of America. There will be an all-day event with parades and many shows to celebrate Independence Day, ending with the spectacular display over the view of the Capitol. Viewing will be held at the National Mall at around 9:15 pm. The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool will be the launching site of the fireworks that will brighten up the sky above the Washington Monument.
