Lamar Odom has been missing for three days and his family fears he could be on a drug binge.

In a report by TMZ, the former Los Angeles Laker has not been in contact with his family and wife Khloe Kardashian for over 72 hours already. Sources tell the entertainment website that the Lamar's AWOL could be due to him "hiding out while doing crack cocaine."

The report comes in the middle of what seems to be a rocky time for the couple, with rumors circulating that Lamar is cheating on his wife. Moreover, according to an earlier report by TMZ, the main reason for the couple's marriage crisis is the NBA layer's "hardcore drug abuse."

The report also noted that multiple sources have confirmed that Odom has been suffering from drug problems for two years. TMZ wrote:

It got so bad, last August Khloe pressured Lamar to go to rehab.  Lamar went to a facility in San Diego, but he was so resistant Khloe hired private investigators to secretly stand guard at the rehab place to make sure he didn't leave.  The P.I.s stood guard 24/7. 

The sources told the site that while in rehab, Lamar "constantly threatened" to leave the facility with Khloe making several visits to keep him to stay, but he eventually left three weeks after.

"It's a really hard time for Khloé," a source close to the couple told People Magazine. "She's kept this secret for almost two years trying to save Lamar and their marriage."

Notably, another source told TMZ that "Khloe is more concerned about saving Lamar than ending her marriage."

Lamar's issues have taken its toll on his marriage. According to People, Kardashian was photographed "looking unhappy and not wearing her wedding" while on her way to the gym last Thursday.

Reps for Odom told TMZ that Lamar is doing fine, however he didn't confirm the whereabouts of the athlete.
