Pamela Anderson and her husband Rick Salomon are calling it quits for the second time after seven months of marriage.

The couple first tied the knot in 2007 and annulled their legal union following two months of marriage, TMZ reports.

Although the exact cause of the split remains unclear, Anderson reportedly cited "irreconcilable differences" on her divorce papers that she filed at the Superior Court of Los Angeles on Thursday, July 3.

"We ask the media to please respect Pamela and her family's privacy during this time," said Anderson's rep says in a statement to People on Tuesday.

Despite her rep's request for privacy, the 47-year-old blonde bombshell seems to be seeking emotional release via her social media accounts.

Just three days after filing for divorce, the former Playboy model added a photograph on Facebook, captioned, "I no longer have the time for anyone or anything that can not give emotion, time and love, honestly, freely and with sincerity... my beautiful, soulful, mentor BB [for Brigitte Bardot].'

On Tuesday, the Daily Mail reports that Anderson posted a lonely Facebook photo of herself with glasses looking into the ocean along with the caption, "Hope." And earlier that same day, Anderson posted a photo of a Bible passage to her Facebook and Twitter accounts with the caption, "I love this--there is freedom in this-- helps."

Prior to her most recent divorce from Salomon, Anderson was previously married to musicians Kid Rock and Tommy Lee, with whom she has a sex tape.

Salomon also has a sex tape history. His sex tape with Paris Hilton went viral shortly after it was leaked onto the Internet back in 2003.

Since being linked to Paris Hilton, Salomon has married actress Shannen Doherty, and voice actress Elizabeth Daily, with whom he has two children.

There's been no comment of the divorce from Salomon's end, but TMZ reports that last Tuesday he won $2.8 million in the World Series of Poker Big One for One Drop, which may mean financial gain for Anderson who might be issued half of Salomon's million-dollar win unless a pre-nup was signed.
