A shocking video of Angelina Jolie as a heroin addict was recently leaked by her alleged former drug dealer.

In the 16-minute never-before-seen footage, which was taken by convicted Franklin Meyer in the late 1990s, shows the "Maleficent" actress pacing back and forth in the living room at her Manhattan apartment while rambling on the phone with her actor father Jon Voight. She seems to discuss family issues, involving her brother James and late mother Marcheline Bertrand.

Jolie can be heard saying: "The thing is, you know, it's that idea trying to get a house or a room for everybody. It's not, it's just not necessary. You know but it's, you know it's, whatever that house... I said once, well, what if I stop working? She's like, telling me to relax, you know. But to, you know, I said what if I don't work for you, what if I don't make that much money? And you stay in an apartment until I make more money so that you can get a bigger house. What if something happens to me?"

"You know, I don't want this to ruin our relationship," she continues. "And I don't want it to be this thing where, you know, we go out to do something or to dinner or go shopping and you know, or her coming out to visit, and not buying something for herself."

Adding: "And I said to her, you know... we have to remind ourselves sometimes when we come to your place we talk about, you know, this concept... we're all in this place, and it's very hard for us to think about getting a house or these cars... when you have no new clothes, or that you have holes."

Meyer explained to The National Enquirer how the video was filmed. "Angie was a client of mine for several years. I sold her heroin and cocaine. One day she called me up and wanted me to drop by her place. That was her way of telling me she wanted me to bring her drugs," he said. "At the time, I had just bought a video camera and decided to bring it along. When I arrived, I just gave her the drugs and then she gave me the money. Her face looked gaunt and she had needle marks all over her arms!" When he asked if he could shoot a video of Jolie, she "didn't seem to mind."

In addition, the "Girl, Interrupted" star, who was dating actor Billy Bob Thornton around this time, was apparently very open about her sex life. "All of a sudden, she began telling me her sex secrets," said Meyer. "She said Billy Bob had joked to her that his manhood was on the small side. In fact, she said he'd told her he was 'hung like a mosquito.' But Angie excitedly told me that when they finally slept together, he was 'as big as a horse!' I'm sure she still thinks about Billy Bob's private to this day. And if I were Brad, I wouldn't be too happy about it."
