Joe Manganiello portrayed a male stripper in "Magic Mike," and he decided to give Conan O'Brien a little lesson.

Manganiello and O'Brien first talked about the importance of a stripper name.

"I can see that if you have the wrong name, you wouldn't make a lot of tips," Manganiello said. "Right off the bat. Like 'I'm going to this guy over here.'"

Then, he asked O'Brien if he's been thinking about what name would best suit him. O'Brien said that he had absolutely no idea, and he asked Manganiello to come up with one for him.

"I think Big Red could work," Manganiello said. "Like a Viking, with the helmet."

The actor even had a little back story to go with the name.

O'Brien responded by being enthusiastic about the name and asking for a move to go along with his new name.

Manganiello was a little hesitant, but eventually decided to teach O'Brien the bottom body roll, and he made sure to point out that there was a difference between a top and bottom body roll. O'Brien added his own spin by putting his hands on his belt.

The actor has been in the news lately after being photographed with Sofia Vergara at a dinner in celebration of her birthday.

One of Vergara's "Modern Family" co-stars talked about the relationship.

"I have never met him. I saw him certainly and he does not hurt my eyes," Julie Bowen told Entertainment Tonight Canada. "You know it almost is like a genetic explosion and there might not be enough diversity in the gene pool because they are just too good looking."

"But ya know God bless her," Bowen added. "She's amazing and if he's nice to her I am all for it."
