Justin Bieber Zone 2014: 'Boyfriend' Singer Reportedly Triggers Probation Violation Following Complaints
Justin Bieber's constant, loud weekend parties and his unhappy neighbors could get him into deeper trouble by triggering a probation violation.
According to TMZ, police were called to Bieber's Beverly Hills apartment six times in total on Saturday night, July 19, after receiving complaints for loud music coming from the rooftop of the building.
Law enforcement's patrol cars were reportedly sent after each call at 8:30 p.m., 12:50 a.m., 1:50 a.m. and 3 a.m. The two other complaints had to do with paparazzi and fans surrounding the area.
Luckily, the 20-year-old singer was not cited, as he cooperated by turning down the music. However, if the Beverly Hills police department were to cite him and alert the Los Angeles County Probation Department, he could possibly end up in jail with a probation violation.
Bieber has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism after egging his former neighbor's mansion earlier this year. Bieber's neighbor, who has repeatedly been complaining about the "Bad Day" singer hosting loud parties and speeding recklessly in their upscale community, called 911 claiming that he and his daughter videotaped him throwing eggs at their house.
The troubled pop star pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism, and as result of negotiated settlement, he was placed on supervised probation for two years, as well as community service for five days.
TMZ previously reported that Bieber was also ordered to pay his neighbor $80,900 in restitution for damages caused, in addition to completing 12 weeks of anger management classes with a minimum of one per week. Lastly, he has to stay at least 100 yards away from the victim and his family.
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber's drunk driving charge in Miami is still pending, although a source close to the case claimed talks are under way to reach a plea deal to avoid a trial.
