For internal memory, the iPhone 6 will have 16, 32, 64 and 128 GB with 2 GB RAM. It will not support an external SD card slot. It will have an 8MP camera with dual-LED flash and autofocus and video at 1080p @ 60fps. The Li-Po ~ 1,850-mAh battery is built-in and cannot be removed.
Based on the reports that GSMArena has received, the iPhone 6 will have an Apple A8 chipset and will operate using iOS 8 with a dual-core 2-GHz CPU. Colors will be in gold, silver, white and space gray. According to rumors, the iPhone 6 will cost about $100 more than the iPhone 5.
