Heidi Klum posted a picture of herself getting a little help from her friend, Zac Posen.

The supermodel posed topless and only wearing underwear, but Posen covered her breasts with his hand. Although very revealing, the picture should conform to Instagram's standards.

In the caption, she said, "@zac_posen ....I need something to wear for tonight's@projectrunway @lifetimetv"

For this year's "Project Runway" promos, the supermodel wore a tiny pair of underwear and also posed topless. Hangers were digitally inserted into the image, giving Klum a dress made of the wooden hangers.

Last summer, Klum posted a series of photos of herself not wearing a top while on the beach.

"You will be surprised when you hear that my mom takes most of these photos," she previously said. "I'm European. I don't like wearing tops. And I don't like tan lines.

Klum was a guest on the "Tonight Show" this week. She and Fallon participated in a bit called "This is How We Roll." Fallon was on the floor, while Klum stood over him in a dress.

"It's okay I'm not going to peek, I'm not going to peek," he said. "My eyes are closed. Trust me." Fallon then said he peeked, and Klum made a joke about the situation.

"Have a look," she said. "There's a gigantic mic-pack and antenna you know where."

The two held each others ankles and they then did somersaults. Fallon previously did the same bit with Halle Berry, and the two were much more successful than Fallon and Klum. So the supermodel suggested that the two do the "German roll."

Fallon first struggled to figure out how she wanted him to lie down, but after a few directions, the two were face to face on the mat and rolling around.
