Following her first live performance of her latest single "Applause" at the VMAs last Sunday, Lady Gaga took to the stage again yesterday when she kicked off the iTunes Festival in London. This was the pop star's first full live set since she underwent hip surgery after being injured on the "Born This Way" Ball tour in February.

During the hour-long show at London's Roundhouse, Gaga performed seven new songs from her upcoming fourth studio album ARTPOP. As with most Gaga performances, the 27-year-old singer was equipped with many elaborate costume changes and glamourous set pieces.

She began the show with a performance of a brand new song "Aura." Swinging over the audience in a cage, Gaga donned a black ski mask and a knife with the word "Hollywood." She then went on to sing the upbeat "MANiCURE," after taking off her mask and putting on sparkly stilettos.

Gaga then changed into a nautical inspired costume, wearing a seashell bikini and a giant blonde wig. She performed the title track, which MTV News described as "trip-hoppy." Fans threw numerous items onto stage, including little toy pigs and a red plaid shirt, which Gaga proceeded to wear over her bikini.

The pigs coincided with Gaga's #Swinefest tweets last week, in which she previewed her iTunes Festival rehearsal of "Swine." During the performance, she donned a sparkly pig nose for the rock-style track.

One of the most memorable performances of the evening was "Jewels & Drugs," a track that showed off Gaga's rap skills. The song features T.I., Twista and Too $hort. According to MTV, T.I.'s verse via videotape was due to a reported visa problem.

Gaga ended the night with a performance of "Applause," accompanied with confetti and literal applause from the audience. The iTunes Festival continues throughout this month, with full live sets from Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Elton John and more.
