After dating for more than two years and getting engaged a couple of months ago, Robert Kennedy Jr. and Cheryl Hines tied the knot in Hyannisport, Massachusetts.

In a star-studded wedding, the couple said, "I do" in front of many friends and relatives, reports People magazine. Kennedy, 60, and Hines, 48, became engaged in May and met at a ski resort in Utah thanks to Larry David.

According to the magazine, this is Kennedy's third marriage and Hines' second. Kennedy was married to Emily Black, with whom he had two children, and then Mary Richardson Kennedy, with whom he had four -- she committed suicide in May 2012, according to People.

The "Curb your Enthusiasm" star wore a white strapless tea-length gown by Romona Keveza and carried a bouquet of blue and white flowers, according to the Daily Mail. Kennedy wore a black suit with a striped tie. Among those invited were actors Larry David and Julia Louise-Dreyfus, reports the Daily Mail.

Many Kennedys were present, including aunt Joan Kennedy, and Ethel Kennedy, the groom's mother. The wedding happened on the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport on Cape Cod, reports the Daily Mail.

Accompanying the couple were also their children. Hines' daughter Catherine, 10, was present as well as Kennedy's son Conor, 20. Among the food served, was pizza from local eatery Palio's as well as steamed lobster and clambakes. English singer Natasha Bedingfield and country singer Lyle Lovett provided entertainment, reports the Daily Mail

According to the Boston Herald, the tent for the wedding had to be placed at a different location than it had previously been placed for family weddings: the front law of the main house. This is because Ted Kennedy's widow, Victoria, donated the house to Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate.
