Exactly 74 days after marrying Kanye West, Kim Kardashian legally changed her last name to rapper husband's West.

The 33-year-old reality star took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to announce her official name change by posting a new passport photo. In the glamorous image, she shows off her cleavage, sporting the same custom Ulyana Sergeenko ensemble she wore to "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Aug. 4.

"New passport pic #Mrs.West #NameChange," she wrote the following caption.

Besides becoming Mrs. West, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also tweeted that she wants to get back in shape, sharing her diet plan and workout regimen with her followers:

off to an intense workout. Can't seem to shake this last 15-20 lbs of baby weight. no more excuses. my baby is 1 years old! UGH

In addition, Kim Kardashian recently detailed her wedding to Kanye West during her appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" revealing that sister Khloé was so drunk to the point she had to get her makeup done while she was completely passed out. "The night before [my wedding day] at Versailles, Khloé drank a little too much, so I had to wake her up," she said. "She was laying down sleeping getting her makeup done for the wedding, and I'm just praying she'll get up in time to walk down the aisle. They had to do it while she was sleeping because she was so hungover."
