Chord Overstreet is heading back to the set of "Glee" in September.

The actor confirmed the news to E! News, and he expects to be in all of the final 13 episodes.

"I assume I will be in all of the episodes," he said.

Much of the final season is secret so far, so even Overstreet was missing information.

"I know I am back in Ohio at the school," he said. "I know the writers are three to four episodes in right now and from what I've heard it's really fun stuff."

"Glee" is in the process of casting five freshmen for the show. There will be a set of twins and a gay football player.

Overstreet will be joined by Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss and Naya Rivera. Ryan Murphy has said that he is open to any character returning.

"My feeling about the last season of 'Glee' is very clear, and that is that we will be reaching out to all of the regulars on the show, that original group of 'Glee' club members and the teachers, and anybody who wants to come back can come back," Murphy said. "Anybody who wants to be a part of the show, we welcome them."

The new characters were reported by TV Line earlier in the month.

Spencer will be a gay football player. He is described as a "post-Glee" gay, which means that "no one messes with him about his sexuality because he will kick their a--es if they do."

Roderick is an underdog. He is shy and not confident about his weight.

Then, there's Jane. She wanted to be a Warbler, but since she's not a boy, she wasn't able to go to Dalton Academy. She therefore settles for New Directions.

Mason and Madison are cheerleaders and twins. The two are described as "extremely weird."
