Justin Bieber apparently believes that his on-and-off-again girlfriend will come back to him sooner or later, while Selena Gomez thinks otherwise -- she is ready to move on and start dating other guys.

"Justin is still telling people that there is something going on between them," a source told HollywoodLife. "He still calls Selena his girl, and thinks she's going to come back to him eventually because their bond is unbreakable. He is a bit delusional since they are not even talking but then again, it's happened before."

On the other hand, Gomez is willing to put the couple's dark past behind her and meet new people to be in a healthy relationship. "Selena is not dating anyone right now but she really wants to start dating someone and move on from Justin," another insider revealed.

"Everything lately she gets into is just to get Justin jealous, but she actually wants to have a relationship that is much healthier than what she ever had with Justin," the insider added. "She is single and ready to mingle as they say!"
