Assassin's Creed Rogue Video Game Trailer: Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 Get Single Player Ubisoft Narrative [Video]
Leaks have become the source of news and information about release dates and other stuff regarding movies, TV shows and video games. There has been a leaked trailer for Assassin's Creed Rogue revealing that the video game will hit stores on Nov. 11. However, the version will only be for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The leaked video showed the box art of the new version and also showed one of the game's playable settings, which seemed to be in the Arctic, according to Eurogamer.
Ubisoft, the developer of the popular video game, has yet to make a formal announcement about the game, but it seems that Assassin's Creed Rogue will still follow the trend of combining land and sea-based gameplay with the player able to explore the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean. There will also be a new character to be introduced, believed to be called Shay Patric Cormac, who is a Templar as well as a sailor.
There will also be various locations such as New York and the Appalachian River Valley. It is said that this version will be an all-important link in the storyline of the Kenway family. The setting is between Assassin Creed 3 and Black Flag during the Seven Years War.
There will also be downloadable content for Assassin's Creed Rogue as well as something like a season pass. The leaked trailer also underscored the Ultimate Hunter Pack, which will include the latest in-game weapons.
It was confirmed by an Ubisoft representative that Assassin's Creed Rogue will only be for a single player, Shacknews Reports. A multiplayer option might be added to the game with its DLC later on, but Ubisoft is not yet working on that option. This means that the only one with a multiplayer component, which allows a gamer to have missions together with three other players, will be Assassin's Creed: Unity. Unity will be available soon for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
