Justin Bieber Sued for Allegedly Ordering Attack on Photographer
Justin Bieber may be in trouble once again.
The singer is being sued by a paparazzo, who says that Bieber ordered an attack on him. According to TMZ, Bieber ordered the attack after the paparazzo, Aja Oxman, took a picture of him jumping off a cliff.
Oxman said he was in a choke hold and slammed onto a car. Bieber "enjoyed the beating," according to the documents.
The incident happened on November 2013 when Bieber was at Shipwreck Beach. Oxman took a picture of him at the public location.
He said that Bieber told his bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, "Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card."
Patterson was also named in the suit. He was charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal property damage. Patterson also supposedly destroyed the photographer's camera.
Bieber's team did not confirm or deny the allegations.
Bieber has recently been tied to on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez after he shared a picture of her on social media.
Sources say the two are both working on improving themselves.
"Justin is getting really healthy, he wants to look good for Selena so he's working out a lot, they're both on a health kick," a source said. "They're detoxing from all the partying and negativity right now. He's been hiking every day, that's his new favorite thing. And he's getting up early because he's not out partying all night, he's just been at home chilling with Selena."
