On Friday, Floyd Mayweather responded to jabs thrown by way of rapper 50 cent and Power 105.1 FM's radio personality Charlamagne tha God.

50 cent set the social media world ablaze when he proposed his own version of the ALS challenge to the undefeated boxer.

"Floyd will you except my ALS/ESL CHALLENGE: I will donate $750K to a charity of your choice, if you can read a full page out of a Harry Potter book out loud without starting and stopping or F**king up lmao," 50 cent captioned his Instagram video.

50 later posted another video claiming that Jimmy Kimmel would allow Floyd to read "The Cat in the Hat" Live on the "Jimmy Kimmel show."

At the time of 50 cent's challenge, there had been no public evidence of Mayweather's lack of reading skill.

But early Friday morning during Power 105.1 fm's The Breakfast Club radio taping, radio personality Charlamagne tha God took it upon himself to provide proof of Mayweather's low reading abilities.

"So listen, when I heard 50 saying this ... I thought it was funny," Charlamagne said on air. "But I didn't know if Floyd could read or not but then I thought to myself, 'When Floyd came over here to the Breakfast club, I'm sure he had to read drops right?' So I had our producers pull up the unedited audio of him reading drops."

Despite his co-hosts' discomfort towards airing the drop, Charlamagne then proceeded to air the raw footage of Mayweather struggling to read a 10-second "Iheartradio" script.

Naturally, Mayweather responded to Charlamagne's diss. But instead of proving that perhaps he could actually read, the boxing champ opted to post an Instagram photo of his hefty checks along with the caption, "Read this $72,276,000.00. God Bless."

Despite Mayweather's response to Charlamagne and 50, social media users have continued to berate him.

"Too bad you cant write 72,216,000 in letters," Instagram user kingrooben wrote.
