Lupillo Rivera has once again opened up about his family; this time, he talks about Chiquis Rivera's talent, or, more specifically, lack of talent.

Lupillo explained that he will not be supporting Chiquis' newly launched singing career, according to La Opinion.

"She's just another artist, and she's no one special as an artist for me," he said. "She's just another person that is trying to fight and we wish her the best. For me, she's a common and current artist."

Lupillo continued to distance himself from his family, said La Opinion.

He was interested in talking about his own career, where he explained that he was now hosting a radio program in the United States.

"With my show, I want to focus on the music," he said. "I want to focus on old times when we asked questions about the music and the work of artists. The press is too dedicated to personal lives nowadays."

His show is now available in 37 cities in the United States, five of which hear it on Friday night and the rest hear it on Saturday. The next move is to get the radio show broadcast in Mexico.

Chiquis recently opened up about her uncles, Lupillo and Juan.

Lupillo has accused Juan of using social media to turn people against him, but Chiquis says that she finds it hard to believe that Juan would do that.

"He's not perfect, but he has a big heart," she said.

Chiquis adds that just like any other family, her family also has problems. The only difference is that they are in the public eye, where it is difficult to hide problems.

"My uncle Lupe, if he's distant from us, it's because he wants that," she said. "He has done many things that I've never spoken about. Maybe one day I will. I love him very much. I respect him, but he has done many things that have hurt us, especially us kids."

Chiquis says that her siblings are very hurt from things that have happened, and that as the older sister, she feels very protective of them. And if her siblings ever want to speak out on what Lupillo has done to them, she'll be right there backing them up.
