"Madden 15" is out and already it is getting tons of gameplay from experts and gamers alike. The reviews so far are quite impresive.

Wednesday evening popular video game website Polygon posted an in-depth review of the new NFL simulator that boasts its new features.

Here are some of the quotes Polygon has about the game:

THIS IS THE MOST USER-FRIENDLY AND FUN-TO-PLAY MADDEN TO DATE

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS, ALL I WANT TO DO IS PLAY MADDEN

The Polygon writer explains that run blocking has greatly improved from last year's "Madden 25." The blocking looks more realistic and the strategy is improved, creating holes only when the fight is won on the line of scrimmage by the offensive linemen. Make a poor block and you're likely to lose yards on a run.

Gamespot.com gives the game a 7 out of 10 and says that "players still awkwardly fall over each other" and that receivers are often overmatched by corners that have the same amount of skill as them.

USGamer gives the game a 3 out of 5 and says the game is "dragged down by a thousand little issues, including a poor interface, odd glitches, the inability to skip certain cutscenes, and more."

GamesRadar gives "Madden 15" a 4 out of 5 and says "Despite its challenging passing game and sometimes-clunky menus, Madden NFL 15 will make fans happy this football season."

Player Ratings

With the game just being released there's been some notable player ratings updates.

Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Dominque Hamilton jumped 16 points to settle at a 67 overall rating (OVR).

Seattle Seahawks running back Christine Michael went up in several categories. He went up one point in speed to 93, two points in acceleration to 93, 10 points in agility to 92 and 10 points to 92 in juke moves. Those are some pretty big jumps. He must have really impressed the ratings guys over at "Madden 15" during the pre-season.
