George Clooney's Fiancée Amal Alamuddin Spotted at Alexander McQueen, Will Designer Make Her Wedding Dress?
It's not just royals who wear Alexander McQueen to their weddings.
Lawyer Amal Alamuddin was seen heading to a fitting at Alexander McQueen that lasted 90 minutes, according to Just Jared. George Clooney's fiancée was at a hair salon before going to McQueen.
The designer was famously worn by Kate Middleton for her 2011 wedding. Middleton's dress was a lacy, long-sleeved dress created by designer Sarah Burton. Middleton's sister, Pippa Middleton, also wore a white Alexander McQueen dress to the wedding.
Alamuddin was joined by her mother, and after the session, she was seen saying goodbye to a seamstress who was wearing a pincushion on her arm.
The wedding is supposed to take place later this month, and Alamuddin was spotted getting a marriage license last month. There were rumors that the two were looking to marry in Italy.
The couple has neither confirmed nor denied the news.
Clooney and Alamuddin were surrounded by pregnancy rumors recently, but the couple said the reports were not true.
"Amal is not pregnant," Stan Rosenfield told the Daily News.
It was reported that Alamuddin was about three months along and that the two would probably make an official announcement after the wedding.
One source even said that Clooney was excited to become a dad.
"George never thought he wanted children, but so many of his friends have such full lives with kids," the source said. "Now that he's found the right woman, he's admitting to himself for the first time that he wants to be a dad. He's thrilled!"
Only time will tell if Clooney and Alamuddin have been honest about not being pregnant.
What Clooney is truly excited about is the recent wedding of his friends Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The actor said he was really happy for the couple and their family. Pitt and Jolie married on Aug. 23 in France.
