Ebony Magazine's October issue features Oscar-nominated actress Taraji P. Henson who revealed that she still struggles with being treated like a D-list celebrity, The New York Daily News reports.

"I'm treated like I'm on the D-list," Henson told Ebony Magazine. "I'm still being considered with actresses who haven't done half the stuff I've achieved."

In addition to her Oscar nomination for her role as Queenie in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," Henson was also nominated for an Emmy for her role in, "Taken from Me: The Tiffany Rubin Story," People reports.

Though she admits to feeling frustrated about her work and achievement not being acknowledged in Hollywood, Henson also claims that the lack of recognition fuels her to work even harder.

"When people tell me 'no,' I get hyped," she said. "Because when I prove that I can and will, I love watching people eat crow."

Henson also revealed that she loves using her celebrity status "to get my fat ass into a restaurant. If someone tells me there's a wait, I'll walk right to the front of the line like, 'I need a table now. I need to eat, and I want this. So let's work this out.'"

When Henson isn't working hard as a celebrity actress, you can most likely find her watching "ratchet television" and reality TV shows, which she describes as her guilty pleasure.

"Watching ratchet, ratchet television -- like any of the Real Housewives shows, especially when they were fighting and a girl got her weave snatched out -- that is my guilty pleasure. Sometimes, I'll just sit in front of the TV, screaming, 'Ratchet, ratchet, ratchet! Where's the ratchet TV?'" she said.

Ebony's October issue featuring Taraji P.Henson is out on newsstands now. Fans can also see Henson starring in her latest film, "No Good Deed," featuring Idris Elba out in theatres now too.
