Angelea Preston won the 2011 All-Star series of "America's Next Top Model," but her title was taken away.

Producers found out that she had been working as an escort, so the title was given to Lisa D'Amato, notes Digital Spy.

The ending of the show had to be reshot, but she has filed suit against the show. Preston said she lost out on $3 million in damages. A win was supposed to get her a spread in Vogue, as well as a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl.

Preston allegedly told producers that she was working as an escort before she got on the show. She was then asked to speak further about it, and she ended up being disqualified for breach of contract.

But Preston said she was a legal escort, so that she should not have been eliminated. She added that the working conditions on the show were not up to par. According to Preston, the models didn't eat or drink water for as long as 10 hours.

It's not the first time a contestant has spoken out against the show.

Adrianne Curry, who was the Cycle 1 winner, said that her modeling contract was never fulfilled. She did credit the show with giving her fame and taking her to the next level, but Curry said that it was her hard work that got her on other reality shows.

"It seems very petty and immature for Tyra & Co. to try to act like the first winner of their show never existed," she said on a blog post. "All I did was raise my voice when I didn't get what I was promised. Were they THAT surprised that I would be outspoken about it? COME ON!"

The show first started in 2003, and it is currently on Cycle 21.
