From Zac Efron and Seth Rogen teaming up to "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson's latest project, this week's list of new DVD movie releases is one movie fans can't miss.

Latin Post takes a look at the best comedies, science fiction films and dramas heading straight to DVD shelves on Tuesday this week:

Neighbors

The biggest release of the week is the Nicholas Stoller feature starring Zac Efron, Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen.

The breakout comedy of the year tells the story of a couple with a newborn baby who face unexpected difficulties after they are forced to live next to a fraternity house. "Neighbors" opened to rave reviews in May, with Latin Post stating "the film manages to blend hilarity and entertainment with some emotional depth and unique characters." It later became one of the biggest hits of the summer and went on to make $150 million at the box office and over $200 million worldwide. Universal is likely to lead rental sales with this release and will likely continue expand its audiences on DVD.

The Rover

A24 will release its latest feature starring Robert Pattinson and Guy Pearce and directed by acclaimed helmer David Michod.

The Cannes Film Festival selection, which played out of competition, tells the story of a hardened loner who pursues the men who stole his only possession -- his car. Along the way, he captures the brother of one of the thieves, and the duo form an uneasy bond during the dangerous journey. The film takes place 10 years after a global economic collapse. When it was released, A24 hoped it could sell Pattinson's stardom but failed due to the dark subject matter. Pattinson's role also made him unrecognizable and showed him in a different spotlight that his fans are not used to seeing him in. After a wide release, the movie only made $1 million and scored one of the worst openings ever. With the feature having scored rave reviews and Latin Post calling it "one of the finest films of the last few years and has firmly established Michod as one of the greatest directors of the current generation," "The Rover" will likely appeal to art house audiences and to some Pattinson fans.

The Signal

The year has not been very good for Focus Features, and this week, the company will attempt to build its audience on the Sundance selection.

The science fiction drama, starring Laurence Fishburne and Brenton Thwaites, tells the story of Nic and two friends who are drawn to an isolated area by a computer genius. When everything suddenly goes dark, Nic regains consciousness and finds himself in a waking nightmare. "The Signal" opened to mediocre reviews and critics complained about its plot. When it opened in theaters, the film was marketed on its story and failed to promote its stars. As a result, it flopped. For its DVD and on demand release, Focus has decided to use Fishburne's stardom and put him on the cover to try and obtain a better reach. However, with so many other similar films, it will likely get lost in the market.

We Are the Best!

Magnolia will release the drama about three girls in 1980s Stockholm who decide to form a punk band, despite not having any instruments and being told by everyone that punk is dead. The film opened to favorable press and had a modest theatrical run. Magnolia has not done much marketing for the foreign feature which, as a result, will most likely appeal only to foreign film enthusiasts.

Other new titles include Well Go USA's "Very Good Girls" and the Cohen Media Group release "The Last of the Unjust." Monterey Media Inc. will also release "Fort McCoy" while Lionsgate will take out a boxed set of all the "Saw" films in time for Halloween.
