On Tuesday, Zelda Williams -- the daughter of the late Robin Williams -- took to Twitter to thank her the fans and social media followers that have supported her as she continues to cope with the father's recent suicide, Us Weekly reports.

"I just want to say thank you for all the stories and letters I've been receiving, especially from those who've also lost loved ones," Zelda wrote on Tuesday.

She continued, "I don't come online often, but reading of others who have dealt with this loss & gone on to live happy, full lives is helpful. Truly."

Zelda's thankful Twitter messages come just a little over a month following Robin Williams' suicide.

According to Mirror Online, Zelda announced that she was a quitting Twitter a few days after her father's death due to social media bullies who allegedly sent Zelda photoshopped pictures of her father's dead body.

"Please report @PimpStory @MrGoosebuster. I'm shaking. I can't. Please. Twitter requires a link and I won't open it. Don't either. Please," she wrote upon viewing the disturbing photographs.

She quickly added, "I'm sorry. I should've risen above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye."

Since then, Zelda's farewell tweets have been deleted.

But now that three weeks have passed since her initial "goodbye" announcement on social media, Zelda Williams seems to be in a better place.

On Sept. 1, the 25-year-old actress posted a Harvey Firestein quote about bullying on her Tumblr page.

"Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself," she posted.

On Tuesday, Zelda also retweeted a photo from @FreeThinkingUK's Twitter account of her father singing with Sesame Street characters. Zelda captioned the photo: "Bearded sing off." Check out the nostalgic photo below.
