Cristiano Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes reiterated that the superstar is not planning to leave Real Madrid to return to Manchester United or consider signing with other top-tier teams in Europe.

Mendes said in a recent interview that he is not receiving calls from other teams, including Manchester United, revealing that teams should not bother calling him because Ronaldo has a €1-billion release clause.

"I don't receive calls anymore from other teams asking about Cristiano, because they know that it's impossible to tempt him away from Real Madrid," Mendes said via Real Madrid News. "It's not worth calling to enquire about it. People are aware of his release clause -- €1bn."

Mendes also insisted that Real Madrid won't part ways with Ronaldo, knowing that it will be hard for them to find a replacement for a player of Ronaldo's caliber. He confidently said that the 29-year-old will finish his career with Los Blancos.

"We will never find one like him," Mendes said of Ronaldo via The Guardian. "It is true he is getting better and will continue to improve until he is 40. Cristiano has no limits. Besides being the best footballer in history, he is the greatest athlete of all time. There will be no one like him in the next 500 years."

Recent soccer transfer rumors suggested that Ronaldo is interested in returning and finishing his career with Manchester United where he enjoyed six fruitful seasons from 2003-2009 before moving to Real Madrid.

Mendes admitted that Ronaldo has great affection for Manchester United fans, but it won't be enough to make the superstar forward decide to part ways with Real Madrid where he is expected to break more records in the next several seasons.

"Cristiano is very happy at Real Madrid and always has been," Mendes insisted. "He's going to break many records in the white shirt and retire here. He has great affection towards Manchester United because his heart was there for six years, but he is totally committed to Real Madrid and their fans now."

Ronaldo, who was bother by knee and thigh injuries during the offseason, is off to a strong start for Real Madrid this season, scoring 13 goals in just six Spanish La Liga appearances.
