Nike Shoes Online 2014: Where to Find KD 7 ‘Uprising’, Kobe 9 Elite ‘Brave Blue’ and LeBron 12 NSW Lifestyle Shoes
The new colorway of Kevin Durant's sixth signature sneaker with Nike is now available, while two more excellent shoes are about to hit the market this weekend.
Nike released the KD 7 "Uprising" on Thursday, and Durant's shoe is now making waves on the sneaker market. This shoe, which is listed as the Hyper Jade/Volt-Black-Photo Blue colorway, is now available for $150 per pair.
According to Nike, the KD 7 "Uprising" was made to commemorate Durant's rise to stardom in the NBA where he started as a doubted rookie until he became the league's Most Valuable Player last season.
"It's rare to find an athlete at the top of his or her sport that possesses both genuine humility and a ferocious appetite to consistently outwork the competition," Nike said of Durant in a statement. "Kevin Durant's rise to superstardom parallels the rare weather phenomenon known as sprite lightning, which served as inspiration for the KD7."
Aside from the usual men's sizes, this colorway was also released in full family sizing with retail price set at $115 for grade school size, $75 for preschool size and $55 per pair for toddler size.
Sneakernews also reported on Thursday that the KD 7 "Uprising" will be available on NikeID where sneakerheads can pick from five lightning bolt-inspired colorways.
