The Galaxy Tab S has only 32GB internal storage, with maximum expansion up to 128GB. It is nothing compared to the maximum storage capability of 512GB in the Surface Pro 3. Its pixel density of 216 ppi and IPS LCD screen doesn't compare against the Galaxy Tab S's 288 ppi and Super AMOLED screen. The primary camera has a 5-MP lens, while the Tab S has an 8-MP primary camera.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 runs on Windows 8.1 Pro and Intel Haswell low-power dual-core 
CPU. Users can choose between the base model powered by i3 and the top model that runs on a 3.3-GHz i7 CPU. Other features of the Surface Pro 3 include up to 8GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, a 12-inch display and two 5-MP cameras, one each on the front and rear.
