Here's our breakdown of how the iPhone 6 stacks up against the HTC One M8.
Pros and Cons of the iPhone 6
The iPhone 6 has a more powerful camera lens at 8 MP. Apple's flagship smart phone weighs
around 40g lesser than the HTC One M8 and features the latest iOS 8 operating system.
The iPhone 6 has a 1.4-GHz dual-core CPU compared to the One M8's 2.3-GHz quad-core
processor. Additionally, it has only half the memory and a smaller 4.7-inch display with lower
pixel density. The 16GB and 32GB models cannot be expanded, but in the One M8, the
corresponding models have a microSD slot.
Pros and Cons of the HTC One M8
The HTC One M8 has a more powerful, quad-core CPU. It has more RAM and a larger Super
LCD3 display with a pixel density of 441 ppi compared to the iPhone 6's 326 ppi. It has more
battery life, as it features a 2,600 mAh battery against the Apple device's 1,800 mAh battery.
But the One M8 could have done better if it had a better camera than its 4-MP lens. Besides, it
weighs more than the iPhone 6 - a department where the iPhone series has remained the king despite having a metal body.
